Telecommunications platform for international calling, mobile top-ups, money transfer and eSIM, serving millions of users. Backend estate of ~19 repositories: .NET 10 microservices behind a federated GraphQL gateway, on Kubernetes (AKS).

• New financial core. Primary author of the company's new double-entry Ledger service — charges, reservations, refunds, VAT and multi-currency — and led the multi-year migration of the legacy accounting subsystem onto it across every consuming service, including the refund-architecture ADR.
• AI-assisted engineering. Founded and drive the cross-team AI initiative: a Claude Code skills platform — 30+ skills encoding the platform's architecture patterns and SDLC workflows, with usage telemetry — plus agent-ready ticket-to-PR workflows and a QA traffic-interception tool, making agent-driven development a shared, reviewable practice.
• GraphQL architecture. Drove the platform's federated GraphQL design — a HotChocolate Fusion gateway over domain subgraphs, implementation-first type system, DataLoader batching, real-time subscriptions over Redis — and the cross-service rewrite that standardized it.
• Product delivery across domains. Shipped customer-facing features end to end: OTP and email-verification flows, order lifecycles for top-ups and eSIM (GraphQL mutations, state machines), fraud-signal integrations (Seon, IPQS), a new WhatsApp notification and top-up channel, and a new delivery provider onboarded end to end.
• Platform & infrastructure. Estate-wide .NET 10 upgrades and new microservices stood up from scratch; delivery on Kubernetes (AKS) through GitOps — Helm charts, Argo CD, reusable GitHub Actions pipelines with .NET Aspire integration-test gates and automated production releases. Part of the production on-call rotation.

Software for medical diagnostics equipment.

• Medical-device application. Developed a C#/.NET WPF application for an immunological analysis machine in an agile Scrum team — a compliance-driven medical-device context with a demanding upfront design phase, followed by implementation and unit testing.

Responsible for the rowing club's equipment and material, coordinating with the head coach, the board and the club direction; stepped in as interim coach of the competitive team.

Founded a student consulting association run like a company — employing students and delivering paid services to private and public clients; leadership, finance and operations experience.
